Avalon is situated in a quiet location at Batemans Bay. All units are ground floor and within walking distance of clubs, shops, beaches, boat ramp, and fishing. Off street parking for cars and boat. Fully self-contained modern units. For the littlies we have high chairs, cot and a toy box. Two BBQ areas, a pool and a selection of pool toys for the big kids. Three units are dog friendly with dog friendly leash-free beach nearby. Dogs must be fully immunised and housetrained. There is a $10 surcharge per dog.
