    Picture Point is a small building with a huge friendly heart! All units enjoy gorgeous views of the wide Maroochy River with all it's peaceful and fun happenings. There's fishing, boating, jet skiing and yachting, either BYO or we can arrange boat hire. Feel the stress dissolve as you luxuriate in your large modern apartment that's big enough to call home. All this is a kilometre away from the thriving Sunshine Plaza with its many shops and restaurants and cinemas for your enjoyment. Warning; our guests tend to return often and we love it!
