    Bridge Cottage was built in 1823, the same year as the Historic Richmond Bridge. Richmond Tasmania is an historic Georgian village. 15 minutes from Hobart Airport and 25 minutes from Hobart City. Bridge Cottage is built of convict made bricks and stands facing the historic Richmond Bridge (oldest bridge in Australia). Wander across the bridge and enjoy the riverfront. Once inside the cottage the peace of yesteryear enfolds you as you step back in time. Comfortable, cosy and yours to enjoy. Relax by the open fire after exploring the village.
